Mix the banana, one egg, a level tablespoon of pure non-fat cocoa, half a teaspoon of Royal baking powder in a sachet and blend until a liquid mass is formed.

Add the batter into a typical breakfast mug. Add one ounce of 85% dark chocolate in pieces inside the batter.

Put it in the microwave for 2 minutes. It will rise to the top and then go back down. Take it out of the cup and enjoy!
