Boil water in a pot and when it starts to boil, turn off the heat and add the couscous. Stir a little and cover it for about 5 minutes. Then add a little butter and separate the grains well with a fork.

In a frying pan, put a little oil and fry the vegetables over medium heat.

In another pan, with a little oil, fry the hake. Add a little salt, parsley and garlic powder.

When the vegetables are ready, add the couscous and curry and mix everything together.

Serve and add the hake on top of the couscous.
