Season with salt and pepper and dredge the chopped hake loins in flour. In a frying pan with 3 tablespoons of oil fry the hake for about one minute on each side and remove from the pan. Reserve the hake and in the same oil fry the vegetables until al dente.

Add the wine and cook until the alcohol evaporates. Add the vegetable stock, season with salt and pepper and cook for about 10 minutes until the vegetables are done. Add the hake and continue cooking for about 5 minutes.
