Gnocchi with zucchini sauce

Cut the zucchini into cubes and cook in a pan with olive oil until soft. Boil water to cook the gnocchis.

Put in a mixer: the softened zucchini, 20cl of soy sauce, the parmegiano, pepper, salt and garlic. Put the gnocchis into the boiling water and set a timer according to the time needed to cook the gnocchi.

Grind everything until a homogeneous substance is obtained. Drain the gnocchi.

Add the zucchini sauce to the gnocchi, serve on a plate and you can add a half burata on top for an Italian touch...
