Dry the hake and shrimp with kitchen paper and pass it lightly through the mincer, making sure it does not turn into a puree. We need that it does not lose texture. Add salt.

In a bowl, beat the egg and add the mixture of hake, shrimp, garlic and parsley. Mix everything together and add a spoonful of cornstarch.

Once the spoonful of cornstarch has been added, mix everything very very very well and let it rest for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

After 30 minutes, remove the mixture from the refrigerator. On a parchment paper, we will form balls and crush them with a shovel giving them the shape of hamburgers.

It is recommended to cook them in a non-stick frying pan with a little oil. We can serve them with a salad. Really delicious!
