Chop and mix all the ingredients, except the tuna, together with the soy, the juice of half a squeezed lemon and the juice of half an orange. Place in a bowl.

Cut the tuna into medium-thin slices and add to the mixture. It is important that the tuna has been previously frozen for at least 24 hours to avoid the appearance of anisakis. Once thawed, rinse with little water and dry.
