For the filling: Cut the apple into small squares or grate it (according to preference), then put together in a pan along with the butter, cinnamon powder and 1 sachet of stevia, and cook over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Once ready, remove from heat and set aside in a bowl for later. Pd: do not wash the pan you are going to use.

Mix the chicken eggs with 1 sachet of stevia and beat for 1 minute.

Then add the teaspoons of oil, the powdered milk, the ground flax and the baking powder and mix until a dough is formed (if you feel it lacks, you can add more powdered milk or if there is too much, add a little water or milk of your choice).

Once the dough is done, you divide it in 2, and then you take a bit of one of those 2 pieces of dough and you can knead it with a rolling pin or your hand and form a circle the width of your hand at least 1 cm high, and in the middle you add the filling with the apples that you made at the beginning, then with the other half of the piece of dough, make another circle the width of your hand and 1 cm high, and cover it with the dough containing the filling (as if forming a bread or a stuffed bun), and do the same with the other piece. (Or if you prefer, make a large one, saving you the trouble of splitting the dough in 2).

Then, heat at least half a minute the unwashed pan of the previous preparation, and put the strudel (breads or buns) over low heat for 3 to 5 minutes and cover, then turn off the heat and remove to cool for at least 1 to 2 minutes, and you're done!
