Knead the flour, oatmeal and yogurt for 3 minutes (sticky dough).

Divide in two parts. Stretch and put the mozzarella in the center.

Fold the dough in two. Brown in a frying pan with a little oil coated in the dough.

OPTIONAL: Add sesame seeds on top. Substitute an oil with garlic and parsley for the varnish oil.
