Grilled salmon with couscous and vegetables

Bring water to boil to make the couscous. Chop the garlic and onion, carrot, bell pepper and zucchini.

In a frying pan with a little oil, fry the garlic and onion.

Add the carrot, bell pepper and zucchini and cook for a few minutes.

Add the spices to the vegetables, stir and cover with water.

Let the vegetables cook for 10 minutes.

Put the couscous in a bowl, cover with boiling water and cover with a cloth, about 5 minutes, separate the grains by stirring with a fork.

We grill the salmon.
