Peel the potatoes, cut them in thin slices, it is not necessary that they are excessively thin, since we want them to be soft, not crunchy. Wash the potatoes well and let them dry.

In a bowl, steamer or in a microwave-safe dish, add the potatoes and all the spices.

Mix everything very well, until the spices are well distributed throughout the potatoes.

A trick to mix it very well, is to put it all in a bag, for example the freezer bags that have a zipper, and make sure that everything is well closed before shaking. This way everything mixes well.

Spread well in the tray or steamer the potatoes already mixed. If you use a tray to cook them, cover the potatoes with cling film without leaving a hole so that they cook well.

Put in the microwave, the duration depends on the power of your microwave. Mine are perfect with about 6 minutes at maximum power.

When these minutes have passed, carefully lift the film and with a fork prick to see if they are ready. If they are still hard, give one more minute and check.
