Preheat the oven to 200° up and down heat. Cut the chicken breasts into small cubes and mix with the cheese spread, tabasco and spices (you can add the spices you like).

On the other hand we put the cereals, the flour and the spices (again to taste) in a bag with zip and with a rolling pin we "knead" until it is crushed. I like to have big pieces of cereals, but it is up to each one's taste.

In a bowl also mix the egg, a splash of EVOO and another splash of milk and beat.

Now we will have three different bags, one with chicken, one with the cereals/flour and one with the beaten egg. We will form little balls of chicken, we will coat them with the egg and then with the cereals.

In a baking tray with parchment paper we will put the chicken balls with their breading. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes (depending on the strength of the oven).

Once ready, we can serve it with any sauce, realfood!
