Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.

In an oven tray, put the monkfish and salt it. And when the oven is hot, put it in the oven.

While the monkfish is in the oven, cut the garlic into slices, the cayenne and with about 3 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan, make it very soft until golden brown and turn off the heat.
