Cut the peppers and onion into julienne strips. Add a splash of EVOO in the pan and sauté for 5-7 min. Let them begin to brown but remain al dente. Add a pinch of salt.

In another pan we are going to cook the chicken in strips. Pour a dash of EVOO and add the chicken, on top we add some black pepper, garlic powder, cumin and salt. If we want we can add some dried parsley. Cook until the chicken is done according to taste.

While the vegetables and chicken are cooking, cut the tomato and cucumber into thin slices on a board, cut the feta cheese into small squares and set aside.

FOR THE SAUCE. Crush the garlic clove and add a squeeze of lime or lemon and then the Greek yogurt. If we want it to be more intense we add a little garlic powder. Set aside.

Heat the tortillas in a frying pan and start filling them. First I put the mixture of peppers and chicken and then I add some lettuce (sometimes I make them with julienned cabbage and it is delicious), cucumber, tomato and feta cheese and on top we add the sauce. Close and enjoy!
