*STEPS TO MAKE THE DOUGH The ingredients I used are the following: -360 gr of whole wheat flour. -1 sachet of baker's yeast or 15 gr of fresh yeast. -1 teaspoon of salt. -210 gr of water.

First, mix the warm water with the yeast. Then, in a bowl, put the flour and salt and then add the water with the yeast. Mix everything until the dough is no longer sticky.

Let the dough rest for at least 1 hour. When the time has passed, shape the dough on baking paper and put it in the oven for about 6 minutes at 200°C.

*PIZZA TOPPINGS. First, peel and cut the onion. In a frying pan over medium heat, add a little EVOO and put the onion and the chicken strips with a pinch of salt.

Then, add the tomato sauce and grated cheese all over the surface of the pizza base. Once this is done, add the previous mixture to the pizza (the onion with the chicken strips).

Finally, add the corn and bake the pizza at 180°C for 15 minutes.

Once the edge is crispy and golden brown, take the pizza out of the oven and add the barbecue and.... It's ready to eat!
