Turkey sandwich with jerky and hummus 🦃

Toast the bread slices and set aside.

Cut the gherkins into very small pieces and mix with the turkey minced meat. Season to taste with salt and pepper and mix well.

Form the hamburger and grill it in a frying pan with EVOO.

When ready, top with two triangles of cheese and let them melt.

While they are cooking, spread some hummus on one of the slices and put a slice of jerky on top.

On the other slice, put some lettuce leaves and tomato slices. Put the hamburger with the cheese on top and close the sandwich.

Note: if you put hummus + jerky + cheese + meat (in this order), it is brutal 😋.
