In ingredients are missing: -500gr Kokotxas of cod. Desalted cod of more or less the same size.

First clean the kokotxas of the slime, and if they are not desalted leave them the night before. Cut the small garlic and the onion, then chop the parsley, and prepare the other ingredients.

Poach the garlic first and then the onion over medium heat with the two tablespoons of olive oil.

Then add the spoonful of flour, let the flour toast well, otherwise it will taste raw, when we have it, add the white wine over high heat to evaporate the alcohol, let it cook for about 2 minutes.

After the wine we will put the fish broth if it is homemade much better, here we will put the cayenne if you like with a spicy touch, those that you want if not omit the step and we will add the parsley well chopped. We will put salt and we will let cook about 15 minutes to fire fear.

Finally we will put the cod kokotxas and we will let cook about 5 minutes more or less depending on the size. We will try salt for sure that we will have to rectify. We will plate on the base I put a little mashed potato kokotxas a little sauce and ready 👌.
