Beat the egg white, banana and oil.

Mix in a bowl the oat flakes, nuts, grated coconut and integrate the previous mixture.

Line a baking dish with baking paper and distribute the mixture on top, spreading it well. It should not exceed 1 cm thick, if you have a lot of it bake it in two batches.

Preheat the oven to 180° and bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes, it must be well toasted. It is important that it does not burn.

Let cool and store in an airtight jar.
