INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings): - 1 carrot - 1 zucchini - 1/2 onion - 150 g minced meat - 300 g of crushed tomato - Mozzarella cheese

Prepare the bolognese by sautéing the finely chopped onion with the carrot.

When it is a little poached, add the meat and season with salt and pepper. Sauté everything until the meat is well cooked. At that moment, add the crushed tomato and cook over low heat.

Meanwhile, cut the zucchini into thin slices and arrange them 3 by 3 on baking paper forming 4 "lasagna sheets" of 3 zucchini slices each.

Bake at 160º for 5 minutes.

When the zucchini and bolognese are cooked, assemble the lasagna, alternating layers of zucchini and bolognese. Put mozzarella on top and gratinate.
