Fry the chopped leek with the garlic.

Add the chopped carrot and celery. Tear the potatoes into small pieces and add along with the broth, peppercorns, bay leaf and salt to taste.

When the potato is cooked, mash it a little so that the soup has consistency.

Add the salmon cut into small pieces, coconut milk and dill. Cook for about 5 minutes and let stand for another 10 minutes.

Serve with a few drops of lemon juice.
