Peel, chop and roast the apple for 3 minutes in the microwave. Combine all the ingredients (except the chocolate) and blend with a blender.

Put the mixture in a 12-15 cm mold, chop the chocolate and spread it all over. Cover the mold with aluminum foil and put in the air fryer at 170° for 9-10 minutes. The last minute can be without aluminum foil to give it a more golden color, but this is optional.

As a topping, healthy condensed milk (70 gr of powdered milk with 70 ml of milk, all crushed) and cinnamon on top is great.
