Tuna Tartare with Guacamole 🐟🥑

To marinate the tuna: Chop the tuna steaks into small cubes and place in a bowl. Marinate it with EVOO, a teaspoon of Dijon mustard and a dash of soy sauce. Keep in the refrigerator and let it rest to get more flavor (I left it for a couple of hours).

For the guacamole: In the blender container, introduce the avocado, half a spring onion, the juice of half a lemon, a handful of coriander, a pinch of salt, a dash of EVOO and blend everything well. I recommend keeping it in the refrigerator for a while to obtain a more solid consistency.

To plate: Place the mold on the plate and add, first, the guacamole by flattening it with a spoon; second, the tuna, and repeat the same operation with the spoon. Unmold the result and decorate with the chia seeds on top.
