In a frying pan cover with EVOO and fry the sliced garlic, when they begin to brown, remove them from the oil and let them drain on paper towels. In the same oil put the cod fillets, skin side down. Leave over medium-low heat to release the gelatin for a few minutes.

After about 5 minutes turn them over and leave them for another 5 min. Approx. remove and put them in the microwave for another 5-6 minutes. In the meantime with a whisk, stir well the oil that together with the gelatin released by the balacao will form a sauce. Spice with parsley and a pinch of cayenne powder. Return the garlic to the sauce and continue stirring. Add the cod and leave for a couple of minutes more. And that's it! Super easy and fast 🤗🤗
