Sea bass in sauce with peppers

Ingredients: I buy the whole sea bass and take out the loins I love to do it myself 馃槉. -4 -6 sea bass loins - 3 garlic -2 onions -2 red peppers -1 glass of white cooking wine ( Mercadona) -4 spoonfuls of fried tomato -salt - pepper, paprika, Proven莽al herbs -2 chilli peppers -EVOO

First, poach the onions and peppers in julienne until they are half caramelized, then add the chili peppers, the white wine and the fried tomato.

Marinate the sea bass loins for a couple of hours with the garlic and pepper. Then add a little salt and sear them on the grill.

Place the loins in the covered casserole dish for 3-4 minutes until cooked and sprinkle with the Provencal herbs and paprika 馃構馃構馃構馃構.
