We put a saucepan with water to boil.

While we start adding the ingredients, 1 bay leaf, 1 clove of garlic, onion, nutmeg and ginger powder (without overdoing it), and 2 or 3 tablespoons of oil.

When it starts to boil add the previously washed rice. And let it cook for approximately 16 minutes.

While the rice is cooking we can make the egg, we pour in a pan a little oil, when it is a little hot add the egg and let it cook over medium heat, we can cover it to cook well and faster.

Serve the rice on a plate with the egg and tomato and it is ready, you can break the egg and join all the ingredients.
