Cut the chicken and sear it in a frying pan, set aside. Cut the small onion and place it in a pot or skillet over medium heat over a little oil, cook until the onion is transparent.

Add the chicken to the preparation, before if necessary add a little water or chicken broth for a good cooking (about a cup of tea).

Add the mushrooms and continue cooking for a few minutes before adding the cream (cream + milk) until it covers the preparation, add salt and pepper to taste.

Cook until it boils, and the preparation thickens, when finished, remove from heat and add the tomato concentrate and the old mustard, mix and ready! It can be served with rice, curry rice, potatoes, etc... it is delicious!
