Add salt to the water and incorporate the dough. The dough should be liquid but somewhat thick (crepe-like). Let it rest for 1-4 hours.

Next, in a frying pan, apply a little butter and spread it over the entire surface and place over medium-high heat. Pour a ladleful of the dough previously poured and spread it so that it is homogeneous.

Some bubbles will appear in the dough and we will turn it over so that it is done on the other side.

When we turn it over, add the cheese in the center leaving a hole for the egg, slices of cooked ham and in the center the egg with a little salt. Spread the yolk so that it cooks first.
