1. Take the steak out of the refrigerator at least 3 hours beforehand to allow it to temper, this is important. 2. Put the griddle-grill on a high heat, grease it a little if possible with the same fat as the steak and distribute it with a kitchen brush. 3. When it is very hot, add the steak and sear it for one minute on each side over high heat, and remove it to a platter to let the juices rest. 4. While the meat is resting, put the washed peppers in a baking dish previously greased with EVOO, add a drizzle of EVOO on top and salt and bake at 220 degrees. 5. Wash the potatoes and cut them into wedges. Put them in a bowl and add the spices, salt and EVOO. Mix well with your hands and bake them when the bell pepper has been cooked for 15 minutes. 6. When the potatoes and the bell pepper are ready, turn off the oven and let them breathe while you finish the steak.

7. Put the grill back on high heat, once hot add the steak and cook for a couple of minutes on each side (for larger steaks increase the time to 3-4 minutes on each side). 8. Season, serve and enjoy!!! 😋
