Cut the onion, carrot and potato into small pieces.

In a pot, with olive oil, put the onion and the carrot, without waiting for it to heat up, and cook until soft.

We put the 350gr of minced meat (the one you prefer). Add fried tomato (by eye), paprika, salt and cumin. Mix and let it cook until the meat is cooked.

Once the meat is done, add the potato and mix well, let it cook for 8 to 10 minutes.

Once it is cooked, we put it in a tray and cover it well with water, We put it in the oven for 45 minutes at 180°. Until they are a little browned on top and without water (in the last photo you can see how toasted they should be).

For the Bechamel sauce we need: 3 eggs 2 natural yogurts 1 tablespoon of flour 1 pinch of salt Mix very well.

Remove the tray from the oven and spread the mixture on the top with a spoon. Put it back in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 200°.
