Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until all the ingredients are well integrated.

Check the consistency of the mixture. If it is too light add a little oatmeal, if it is too thick add a little milk or vegetable drink. The right consistency should not be too liquid.

Enjoy your waffles by adding your favorite toppings. As you can see in the photo, my favorites are kiwi, strawberries, a little 100% peanut butter and some nuts and shredded coconut.
