Primero❄️: Make ice cubes with the ALMOND milk. (I used freezer bags, I needed 4 bags for 1L).

Second🌰: In a mortar crush the almonds in a pestle and pestle. About 15g are enough. Try to make the pieces small enough so that they can be absorbed through a straw.

Third🥛 : Crush in a glass blender the ices together with a splash of AVENA milk. Crush for seconds until you like the texture of the ice (every 30 seconds I check the texture). (For two people I used one bag of ices and about 100-200ml of oat milk. Add the oat milk depending on whether you prefer more ice or a more liquid texture).

Fourth🍹: Put the mixture in the glasses and add cinnamon and the almond pieces to taste.

I think it tastes sweet thanks to the oat milk and cinnamon ;) But for those with a sweet tooth, you could add date paste.
