Preheat the oven to 200º C Put the almonds in a food processor and chop them. Add the oat flakes and grind. Add the diced apples and repeat the process. Grind until you get a slightly sticky and homogeneous dough.

Put the mixture on a baking sheet and shape it as you like, but cut the pieces before baking.

Bake it for 15-20 minutes at 180º and enjoy!
