Wash the peppers and dry them well. In a baking dish add the peppers, pour the oil on top and plenty of salt.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Once hot, lower the temperature to 150 degrees and introduce the peppers for about 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, remove or bake 5-10 minutes more according to our taste. (In my case I have had them a little more than 20 minutes. I have prepared them together with my recipe of baked secret and smashed potatoes that you can see in my profile).
