Separate the egg whites from the eggs. Add the baking soda and the pinch of salt to the egg whites. Whip the egg whites until stiff.

Mix the 125g of Philadelphia with the themes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Gradually add the whipped egg white to the mixture and mix with encircling movements so as not to lower the egg white.

Once homogeneous, spread in a round shape on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes at 150°.
