Chop the onion and asparagus and the garlic

Grill the salmon with a drop of oil and half a garlic. In another pan, fry the asparagus and the onion with the other half garlic.

When the salmon is done to taste and the onion and asparagus are well cooked, put everything together in a frying pan, sprinkle with soy sauce and wait for it to reduce a little while stirring vigorously. Be careful not to burn the soy, so have the fire off when you add it. If the pan is still very hot, set it aside and let it cool down a little.
