First, strain the rice through water with a strainer so that it does not stick and boil it for 10 minutes.

Cut the carrot into strips, the cucumber into slices and the avocado into wedges.

After 10 minutes, remove the rice from the heat and let it stand for 5 minutes to cool.

Serve and garnish to taste with a dash of soy sauce, herbs or spices.

Note: the seaweed salad is from a Japanese restaurant (only wakame seaweed, sesame oil, sesame and salt!!).
