Potato gnocchi with avocado and broccoli sauce

In a pot, put water to boil and when it is ready add the broccoli. In a frying pan add a little EVOO and fry 1 clove of finely chopped garlic.

When the garlic is golden brown (it must be browned over very low heat so that it does not burn) and the broccoli is soft, drain the broccoli and add it to the pan with the garlic.

In the pan add the spices (they can be to taste or the ones I put in the ingredients) and a splash of white wine. Cover and place over high heat for about 10 minutes. Uncover and crush the broccoli.

For the avocado sauce: add 1 avocado, 3 tablespoons of whipped cream cheese, 1/4 cup of soy milk, garlic powder and a little water. Whisk together and add to the pan with the broccoli.

Cook the gnocchi, drain and pour them into the pan. Let stand for a few minutes. Here we can add cheese, but with the flavor it has, it is not necessary. Enjoy!
