Scrambled eggs with zucchini 🧀

Peel and cut the onion into fine cubes. We put it with a little bit of AOVE to fry.

Meanwhile, wash and cut the zucchini into small cubes. Add it to the pan when the onion is done. Cover over medium heat.

When we have the onion and zucchini well done, we highlight and give more fire to brown a little. Add the pieces of edam cheese.

Beat the 2 eggs together with the egg white and put them in the frying pan.

Stir continuously so that the egg is well cooked, but be careful not to let it dry out. Add salt and pepper to taste and let's eat 😋 I served it with realfood crispy chicken (recipe in my profile).
