Clean the squid and cut it into small pieces, put some olive oil in a frying pan and fry it a little, then transfer it to an earthenware casserole.

With the juice released by the squid in the frying pan, we sauté a garlic, two small onions and a piece of chili pepper.

Let it cook well, add the tomato and season with bay leaf, salt, pepper and paprika, add it to the clay pot together with the squid and simmer for 30 minutes.
