Place the hazelnuts and cocoa in the food processor. You can substitute the chocolate with 30 gr of 100% cocoa. Grind until it is a mass between powder and cream.

Add the milk, oil and dates to the previous mixture. If you like coconut, you can use coconut oil instead of EVOO. Process the mixture in a food processor for several minutes (I needed 4-5 minutes in mine).

You can always check the texture and continue processing if you want a creamier texture.
