Take the tofu and cut it into squares.

Put them squares of tofu in a bowl and add the soy sauce, mix it and let it rest.

While the tofu is resting, preheat the oven to 250C.

We take a tray and baking paper and start cutting all the vegetables (except tomatoes and avocado) into squares.

Once we have the vegetables cut, put the tofu and vegetables in the tray with space between them and add a little salt and oil on top of them (if you want you can also add pepper and spices to taste).
