Boil the quinoa until it runs out of water.

Take the tofu and cut it into squares.

Put them squares of tofu in a bowl and add the soy sauce, mix it and let it rest.

While the tofu is resting, preheat the oven to 250C.

We take a tray and baking paper and start cutting all the vegetables (except tomatoes and avocado) into squares.
