Mix all the ingredients until they are well integrated and put paper with a little oil on the baking tray so that the dough does not stick and cover it with plastic wrap.

Place the tray in the oven (turned off) for about two hours to allow the dough to rise.

Once this time has passed, we take it out, preheat the oven and knead it, shape it, put the seeds and put it in the oven for about 35 or 40 minutes at 180° (heat up and down).
