Add all ingredients to a blender jar and blend until all ingredients are integrated.

Preheat the waffle iron and put a little oil so they do not stick, with an absorbent paper spread throughout the waffle iron. Pour the batter and in 7 minutes or so it will be ready.

Many toppings can be added. With this dough I have used both sweet and savory ingredients and it is delicious. In this case I have used: 🔸Aguacate, cherry tomatoes and serrano ham. 🔸 Greek natural yogurt mixed with light cream cheese and mango. I added some melted 85% chocolate (this combination is brutal). You can add thousands of options melted cheese, peanut butter, banana, kiwis, whatever you can think of!!!
