Veggie pizza with cauliflower base

Cut the cauliflower until it looks like rice.

Microwave the cauliflower for 8 minutes in a bowl with a film over it.

Drain the "cauliflower rice" very well using a cloth or gauze.

Mix the cauliflower with the egg whites and 50 g of cheese cut into small cubes.

Spread the mixture in the shape of a pizza base on baking paper and bake on one side until the edges are golden brown, turn over and wait until the edges are golden brown.
