Cut the vegetables and sauté them .

Wash, drain the beans and add them to the pan with the vegetables over medium low heat. Add the spices, fried tomato, soy sauce and stir.

Grind the mixture (I have used the thermomix) until we get a mass similar to "pâté". Add the spelt flour while stirring the mixture.

We take the dough (I have done it with EVOO so that it does not stick), we make four small balls and using baking paper on top and underneath we flatten them until we get the perfect shape of a hamburger.

We put them in the pan with a little EVOO over medium heat and we have our hamburger.

I have put it inside a rye bread, made by me (you can see it in my previous recipe). I also added tomato, cheese and lettuce!
