Spaghetti with tomato and anchovies

We start by cooking the spaghetti with salt and a bay leaf.

Laminate the garlic, cut the tomatoes into small squares and cut the anchovies into small pieces.

While the spaghetti is cooking, brown the garlic in a frying pan.

Add the tomato and chili peppers.

Let the tomato water evaporate for a few minutes. Add the anchovies and stir until they break up.

At this point we can add the spaghetti already drained and mix

Serve and put some basil leaves on the plate.
