We begin by putting the rice in a low saucepan. We put twice as much water as rice, so that it reduces. We will be adding glasses of water until the rice is done and creamy.

While the rice is cooking we put a pot with water to boil for the broccoli. When the broccoli is boiled, cut it into small pieces.

Cut the chicken breasts into strips and season to taste.

Put the onion in a frying pan with EVOO and cook it until it is golden brown. When it is golden brown, add the breast and stir until everything is done. Add the garlic powder and a little parsley.
