Prepare the dough (flour, a teaspoon of salt, a dash of EVOO, 73ml of warm water with the fresh yeast dissolved) and let it rest covered with a cloth in a bowl (I leave it in the oven turned off, for a minimum of 2 hours) TIP: Preheat the oven for 5 minutes at about 40 degrees.

After the time has elapsed, shape the pizza and sprinkle a little onion powder on top. Apply as a base a layer of beaten fresh cheese. Then add the onion previously cooked on the grill with a little EVOO (add a little water if necessary so that it does not burn). Finally, add the slices of goat log and a pinch of ground pepper.

Bake in the oven (preheated) at 200 degrees for approximately 15 minutes. And enjoy!
