Soak the dates in hot water for 15-20 minutes.

Grind the hazelnuts with the help of a food processor or the chopping attachment of the hand blender until a fine flour is obtained. NOTE: We must not grind very fast because it could form cream. Stop every 30 seconds or so.

Add the pitted and previously hydrated dates and blend.

When the dates are well integrated with the hazelnuts, add the remaining ingredients and blend until you get a hazelnut cream with the desired texture, ready to use in our healthiest sweets!

SUBSTITUTIONS: A mild aove or other vegetable oil that is BP may be substituted for the coconut oil. The coconut drink can be substituted with another vegetable drink or milk (if a thicker or more liquid cream is desired, the amount can be varied). The dates are optional but they are the ingredient that gives sweetness to the cream. The amount is up to the consumer's taste, if you want more or less sweet. It can be replaced by other dried fruit (raisins, prunes, dried figs). ⚠️Guardar in refrigerator. Duration of approximately one and a half weeks, although it does not last for me😋.
