Mix the oatmeal with the water and a little salt and beat in a blender. You can add a little water if it is too dry, until it becomes a paste.

Put the previous mixture in the pan over low heat. While it is cooking, crush the tomatoes and remove the excess water.

We put the crushed tomato on top of the pizza base (in the pan) and at the same time we put on top the ingredients we want (ham, cheese, mushroom....).

After about 5 minutes we can begin to peel the pizza and about 5 minutes later it will be ready (watch that it is not done before and burns).

Serve and add spices (oregano, garlic powder, salt).
