Put the chopped chocolate and butter in a bowl and melt in the microwave in 30-second intervals (you can substitute olive oil for the butter).

In a large bowl, beat the eggs with a whisk until frothy.

Add the milk, the date paste (4 tablespoons, which we will make previously) and the vanilla. Mix well.

Incorporate the melted chocolate with the butter and mix until everything is integrated.

Finally add the flour, cocoa, yeast (I put a teaspoon instead of half a teaspoon) and salt and mix well.

Pour the mixture into a greased mold with oil and put it in the microwave at maximum power for 3 minutes approx. (Put a knife to see if it is done inside, if not leave it a minute or two more).

Unmold and decorate with chocolate and nuts or other dry fruit to taste.
